Despite recent challenges among domestic automakers, many of General Motors' models are still in high demand among lessees, according to Swapalease.com.
The site announced its top vehicle-lease searches for April and several GM models remained at the top of the lease-takeover marketplace, including the GMC Acadia, which was No. 2 on the list, and the Cadillac Escalade.
In fact, the popularity of the Acadia actually increased during the month, while the Escalade remained steady, officials noted.
Not to mention, the GMC Sierra C/K 1500, Chevrolet's Corvette and Tahoe, and Cadillac's CTS were just outside the top 10 for the month.
"This increase in demand means that many people are still looking to lease GM vehicles," shared Scot Hall, executive vice president of operations for Swapalease.com. "We provide a Web site with a terrific selection of leased GM vehicles, many with low payments and large incentives."
That said, European vehicles continued their first-quarter dominance of Swapalease.com's list.
BMW took five of the top 10 spots, including the 3 Series at No. 1, while Mercedes took two spots and Porsche's 911 was at No. 7.
The complete top 10 is as follows:
1. BMW 3 Series
2. GMC Acadia
3. BMW X5 Series
4. Mercedes-Benz E Class
5. BMW 7 Series
6. BMW M3
7. Porsche 911
8. BMW 6 Series
9. Mercedes-Benz S Class
10. Cadillac Escalade
